ABOUT FAI
The purpose of the Food Awareness Initiative is to through cutting edge research help stakeholders to become sustainable, whether it is whole sellers, suppliers, or consumers through transparency and open-data. The project will take real social challenges connected to the food-chain and as a group propose and test solutions. The long-term goal is to establish Sweden as a testbed for food awareness and food chain research and pilots. A dream scenario would be that all food stores only sell sustainable food items, then our work is done...but until then we will be active
