The project is starting and we are having our first hands-on workshop on the 20th of May. The focus here is to introduce the project to all partners in more detail, what are the goals, scope etc. We will then jump into the food-chain and starting working on understanding the stakeholders, information needs, and sub-optimization issues. Lastly we will take a look at the methodology and how to work with and identify data that is needed/available or in other ways out there for us to use. This will be an eventful day and it will be great to get started. A more detailed report will be posted once the event has been carried out.
