The Food Awareness Initiative (FAI) had its first workshop Monday at Klustret Birger Jarlsgatan 58. There were roughly 20 project members in attendance and we had a co-creation style day. Besides getting to know each other the work started quite rapidly and the purpose of the day was to identify various challenges or sub-optimizations that occur in the food chain due to information or lack of information and the involved actors. This was the first workshop out of four that will be done as a part of this project. We ended up with roughly 30-35 different challenges and now the work starts with analyzing the results, and limiting it to the best and most promising challenges work with further. Once we have analyzed the results it will be posted here.
